RELIGION

QUESTIONAIRE

RELIGION

Religion is one of the most common aspects of human existence, yet there is such diversity that its commonality may be a distant second to its multiplicity. To gain an appreciation for variety of religious beliefs I am conducting this survey. In the final analysis one would be able to say with a measure of certainty what effect religion has on a person or what role it plays in the life of an individual.

I, Augustin Etienne, am conducting this survey with the intent that the trends suggested by your responses to this questionnaire would be used as material in a book on the subject. No one answer in itself is conclusive but together your answers would indicate the general disposition of persons to the subject. Thanks for your objective and truthful response to the questions asked.
